Maya 3d Modelling workflow - CAR P1


This is the first part of 3dworlds Maya Tutorials about; how to create a Highly detailed 3D model of a CAR? Snip: 3D computer games have traditionally been hampered by limitations in hardware, but things are changing. In the first of two tutorials from 3D World, we discover how to create a highly detailed fit for the next-gen road. The first part will focus on , using a combination of ‘traditional’ polygonal box modeling and subdivision surfaces. The Author assumes that you are already familiar with Maya’s modelling workflow, so if you’re new to the software, we advise you to check out Autodesk’s supporting material first.
